CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect our time and ensure availability for all clients, Pure Glow Duo has implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Fee A 15% cancellation fee will be charged for any appointment canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may also incur the same 15% fee. Reschedule requests made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any fee.
